Pre-Flight Checklist

Ordering

Please be advised that we typically process all order over the weekend as the inventory is kept at an offsite storage area.  Although credit card information is taken the credit cards are not charged at the time of placing the order.   This way we can verify what the shipping costs will be instead of charging a flat fee.  Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email advising you of the shipping costs and asking for your CVV code.  We only charge the card once we are ready to ship.  Shipping prices are based on the US Post Office website shipping calculator. 

Shipping

All prices do not include shipping. Planely Speaking ships via United States Postal Service. Customer pays all shipping charges. All items are shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (for your protection and the company's). If your order can fit in a Priority Mail box you will only pay for the shipping costs and no additional charges. Otherwise, a $3.00 box fee may be required. Delivery by any other carrier can be arranged at the buyer's expense.

Return Policy

Planely Speaking will accept returns within two weeks of the shipment date as long as the model is returned with all of the original packaging, including the box and plastic sheets, etc. and the reason for the return. Buyer must pay shipping costs for the return shipment. Within 5 days after receipt, the price paid and initial shipping costs will be refunded. If multiple models are purchased, then the refunded shipping cost will be calculated by dividing the shipping cost by the amount of models shipped. Any model over $200.00 may be subject to a $75.00 restocking charge.

Privacy Policy

Planely Speaking and PlanelySpeaking.com is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Both entities only collect the information that you provide us and consent to its use by providing the information in order to process the transaction, whether it be a sale or question. By using a credit card, you consent to having information like name, address, phone number, email address (if applicable), and credit card information to be shared with the credit card processor. Planely Speaking and PlanelySpeaking.com does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise divulge any collected information unless otherwise required to make a purchase or by law.

Reservations

Planely Speaking is not responsible for any typographical errors and reserves the right to make changes to any policies and prices as necessary. Stock on all models is limited which is why we can offer some of the lowest markups. All models are subject to prior sale.
